one of the fastest growing japanese Restaurant chain in Metropolitan Manila is SumoSam. In fact I have been invited to their launch a few months back but I had to decline because I was out of Manila that time.
It was a pleasant surprise when I recently came to Subic for an overnight stay that I discovered that there’s a SumoSam already in the former US Naval Base of Subic in Zambales. Yey! Hurray for great foods!
